Shipping policy

At VŪE, we know there’s nothing better than receiving a package you’ve been looking forward to. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with the same attention to detail that goes into selecting each piece in our collection.

•  Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders of $100 or more.

•  Standard Shipping: Flat Rate of $10.00.

• Next Day Delivery: $25.00 (not eligible for free shipping).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.

After your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and purchase details.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM CST are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or anytime during the weekend, will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, or if an item is temporarily unavailable, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we’ll contact you with an updated estimated ship date.

We proudly accept:

Applicable sales tax will be collected on orders shipped within the state of Alabama.

If a package is refused or returned to VŪE as undeliverable, any carrier return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you would like your order shipped again, additional shipping fees may apply.

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves VŪE. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Once your claim has been verified, we’ll gladly provide a complimentary prepaid return label and make it right.
